Terms of Service
Last updated 5 October 2026
These terms apply when you ask E-Engineering Enterprises ("we", "us") for a quotation, and to any supply, installation or service work we carry out for you. Please read them before accepting a quotation.
What we provide
We supply, install and service medical and hospital equipment. The equipment, quantities and work covered by any order are exactly those described in the quotation we give you and you accept in writing. Product descriptions and photographs on this website are a guide; the quotation is what we agree to provide.
Quotations and pricing
- Every order is quoted before we commit to it. We do not publish fixed prices, because the cost depends on the model, the configuration, the site and the work involved.
- A quotation is based on the information available to us when it is prepared, including anything you tell us and anything found during a site survey.
- A quotation states how long its prices hold. After that date we may need to re-quote, for example where a manufacturer's price or the exchange rate has changed.
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Any applicable taxes are shown on the quotation.
- An order is confirmed only when you accept the quotation in writing and we confirm it.
Site surveys
For installation work we may need to visit the site first, to check space, power supply, ventilation, gas or water connections and access routes. Where a survey is chargeable, we will tell you before the visit. The quotation for installation may change once the survey has been done.
Variations and additional work
Some requirements only become clear once work has started, for example a power supply that does not meet the equipment's specification, or building work needed before installation. If we find that additional work, parts or equipment are needed, we will explain what we found and give you a revised price. We will not carry out additional chargeable work without your written approval.
Your responsibilities
- Providing safe access to the site at the agreed time, including any permissions or passes your facility requires.
- Making sure the site is ready as described in the quotation or survey (space cleared, utilities in place) unless we have agreed to prepare it.
- Obtaining any licence, registration or approval that you, as the operator of the equipment, are required to hold.
- Using and maintaining the equipment in line with the manufacturer's instructions and any training provided.
Payment
- Payment terms, including any advance or deposit, are set out in the quotation.
- Where equipment is ordered specially for you, we may ask for an advance before placing the order with the manufacturer or supplier.
- We will issue an invoice describing the equipment supplied and the work carried out.
Cancellation
- You may cancel an order by telling us in writing. Please do so as early as you can.
- Where equipment or parts have already been ordered for you, or work has already been carried out, we may charge for them, and for any cost a supplier charges us for the cancellation.
- We may need to reschedule installation or service visits, for example because of a delayed shipment from a manufacturer or unsafe site conditions. If we do, we will tell you and agree a new date.
Equipment, warranties and service
- Where equipment comes with a manufacturer's warranty, that warranty is passed to you on the manufacturer's terms. We are not the manufacturer, and we do not extend or replace that warranty unless the quotation says so.
- Any separate warranty or service agreement we offer is set out in writing in the quotation or the agreement itself.
- We will carry out installation and service work with reasonable care and skill. If something we installed or repaired fails because of our workmanship, contact us and we will inspect it.
- We are not responsible for faults caused by misuse, unauthorised repairs or modification, an unsuitable power supply or environment, or fair wear and tear.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law of Pakistan.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any part of our equipment or work, please tell us as soon as possible so we can put it right. Contact us using the details below with your order or quotation details and a description of the problem.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you accept a quotation applies to that order.
