We rebuild hospital equipment, and we come back to keep it running.
Equipment reaches Pakistan every year, and then nobody local can keep it working. We refurbish it in our Karachi workshop, and we service it for as long as you run it.
- Step 1 of 5
It arrives tired.
Most of what we supply reaches us second-hand. Before anything else, we record what condition it is genuinely in.
- Step 2 of 5
We take it apart.
Every unit is stripped on our bench. Parts with a known service life are replaced, not tested and hoped for.
- Step 3 of 5
We prove it works.
Calibrated against the manufacturer's figures, and recorded. Leak, alarm and electrical safety are each deliberately provoked.
- Step 4 of 5
We install it on your ward.
We survey the room, confirm power and gas, then position, calibrate and hand it over to your staff, wherever you are in Pakistan.
- Step 5 of 5
Then we keep coming back.
Spare parts, callouts and maintenance contracts, from the same engineers who rebuilt it.
Equipment we supply, install and service
Every unit is refurbished in our Karachi workshop and quoted against your requirement, not a list price.
Ventilators
ICU and transport ventilators, refurbished, tested across the full range and commissioned on site.
Ultrasound machines
Refurbished ultrasound systems and probes, supplied with the transducers the department actually uses.
Patient monitors
Bedside and central monitoring, refurbished and configured to the parameters the ward actually uses.
Anesthesia machines
Refurbished anesthesia workstations, supplied with vaporizers, commissioned and calibrated.
What refurbished should mean
Used equipment can be bought as it arrives, or after it has been through a workshop. This is the difference.
Two engineers, and a workshop in Karachi
E-Engineering Enterprises was started in 2019 by two engineers. The people who rebuild your equipment are the same people who come back to service it.

Questions we get asked
01What does "refurbished" actually mean here?
That the unit has been stripped, had its service-life components replaced, been calibrated against specification and tested before release — not cleaned and resold. We will tell you per unit what was replaced and what was tested.
02Why buy refurbished rather than new?
Capital cost and lead time. Importing new equipment into Pakistan against a letter of credit typically runs three to five months; equipment already here can be commissioned in a fraction of that. It only holds up if someone locally can service it, which is why we sell service alongside every unit.
03Do you install it, or just deliver it?
We survey the site first, then deliver, position, commission, calibrate and train the staff who will use it. Commissioning is part of the supply.
04What happens when something goes wrong?
The engineers who refurbished the unit are the ones who attend it. We supply spare parts, callouts and maintenance contracts, and for equipment whose accuracy drifts quietly — neonatal equipment especially — we would rather agree a maintenance contract at the outset.
05Why are there no prices on this site?
Because configuration drives the price more than the model name does. Vaporisers, monitors, probes, accessories and the service term all move it, so a published figure would be wrong for most buyers. Tell us the requirement and we will quote against it.
06Do you supply outside Karachi?
Yes. We supply, install and service across Pakistan.
