WhatsApp and phone
Messages you send us by WhatsApp are held on your device, our device and WhatsApp's service under its own terms, which we do not control. Please do not send payment card details, passwords or copies of identity documents through any messaging service.
Patient information
We do not need patient information to quote, supply, install or service equipment, and we ask you not to send it to us. If a service visit involves equipment that stores patient data, please tell us so the work can be arranged in a way that protects it.
How long we keep it
- Orders and invoices: as long as needed for warranty and service support, and to meet tax and accounting requirements.
- Enquiries that do not become orders: a reasonable period in case you come back to us, then deleted.
